Hackathon | HR Tool

I led a team as product manager in a hackathon to develop First Round, an automated screening interview platform. After successfully building and demoing the platform in the span of 14 hours, I earned admittance into Sandbox’s year-long program as a product manager.

Exploring my passion for equitable workplace culture, I analyzed Glassdoor ratings to uncover insights into employee experiences across top tech companies, with a focus on gender differences.
